- Inspected vehicle for washer pumps and operative, found that front and rear washer pumps are not working obtained wiring diagram and tested circuit and found fuses good check for power and ground at washer pumps and was getting good ground and good power when activating switch indicating electrical circuit is working properly indicating faulty washer pumps recommend replace both washer pumps and retest. During testing in less than 15 minutes time frame mode key turned on and no accessories turned on battery went dead and was needing jump start to get vehicle started again indicating very low cold cranking amps available in this battery therefore recommend replacement of vehicle battery.
- Disassembled as needed to gain access to and replace both windshield washer pumps and retest, windshield washer is working as designed and back window washer also working as designed at this time.
- Disassembled as needed to gain access to and replace cabin air filter.
