Inspected vehicle for rough idle and check engine light on, you misfire data on scan tool and found the number one cylinder and number four cylinder both misfiring indicating possible faulty ignition coil, replaced one coil on coil pack and retested vehicle firing on all cylinders again at this time although due to vehicle mileage and where on spark plugs would recommend complete tune-up with replacement of remaining oils, ignition wires, spark plugs, and fuel injection cleaning service.
ELECTRONIC IGNITION (MINOR) – Tune – 3.8L Eng – [Includes: Check compression. Clean or replace Air Cleaner Element and Spark Plugs. Inspect or replace Coil Boots or Ignition Cables.]
PERFORM INJECTOR CLEANING SERVICE, CLEAN THROTTLE BODY, PLENUM, INTAKE VALVES AND COMBUSTION CHAMBER. INSTALL FUEL SYSTEM CLEANER INTO GAS TANK TO CLEAN FUEL LINES, RAIL AND INJECTORS.

Inspected vehicle for intermittent stall, Grand vehicle and shop for over 30 minutes and no stall occurred, perform test drive and less than 2 miles into test drive vehicle shut off and at times would crank over at other times would only click when trying to start and then after 15 minutes of sitting, he off engine would restart and ran again he was able to get back to shop and again ran for several hours and let heat soak at times and could not duplicate customer concern although due to the fact that loss of communication code with many modules, would return shortly after clearing codes is an indication of bus communication failure do, due to the complexity of diagnosis for this type of problem recommend Highline Auto Electric for further diagnosis and repair.
