- Connected scan tool and retrieved codes P0455 (large evap leak detected), and code P0625(generator field terminal circuit low)Perform visual inspection of EVAP system connections and hoses no problems found. Cleared codes and testro vehicle, and battery and check engine light both came on before end of test drive with the same generator field circuit code. Recommend replace alternator assembly and serpentine belt due to fraying on edges of belt, Yvette system on this vehicle is a capless fuel filler type which we do not have equipment to test properly recommend dealer for further diagnosis of evap system code if it returns.
