- Tested and found no power at the blower motor resistor, or the blower motor switch. Verified that the fuses and relays are good. It is suspected that there maybe an open wire in the system but further diagnostics are needed. When observing the heater fan switch with the scan tool there is no indication of switch position change when the switch is manually operated.
- Inspected and found that there is good power out of the under hood fuse box but no power to the blower motor assembly also found that there is no power at the HVAC control module. I started tracing wires from the under hood fuse box and found that the bulk head connector under the drivers side of the dash was loose and not making good contact (likely from when radio was installed?) Secured all loose connections and now heater system is working as designed
